This Privacy Policy describes how SLT Innovations S.L. (hereinafter, "SLT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects the personal data of users ("you" or "users") of our application (the "App"). We collect the following personal data from you:
· Registration Data: When you create an account, we collect your name, surnames, email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth. This information is collected to prevent the use of the platform by bots and prevent fraudulent activities. Please note that we do not perform exhaustive due diligence nor do we request official identification documents.
· Service Usage Data: We record your interaction with our App, including timestamps of your activity, the type of content you view and save, which allows us to offer you more relevant searches based on your interests, and data to analyze general trends and the classification of creators.
· Group Creation Data: When you use the function to create private groups with other users of SLT, we collect your date of birth to verify compliance with our age terms.
· Communications with Us: If you contact our support team, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
· Technical and Diagnostic Information (Limited): We collect error reports that you decide to send us to improve the stability and performance of the App. We do not automatically collect detailed information about your device or your IP address.
2. How We Collect Your Personal Data
We collect your personal data in the following ways:
· Directly from You: When you register in our App, use its functionalities, and communicate with us.
· Automatically (Limited): We collect usage data as you interact with the App to improve our services and personalize your experience.
3. Use of Your Personal Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
· Service Provision and Improvement: To operate our App, provide you with the main functionalities of saving and accessing content, and continuously improve our services based on usage and trends.
· Personalization: To offer you a more relevant experience, including the adaptation of searches and the presentation of information based on your preferences and activity, always with your explicit consent for personalized searches.
· Account Management: To manage your account, verify your identity (in a basic way to prevent bots and fraud), and provide you with technical support.
· Communications: To send you important information about our services, updates, legal notices, and respond to your inquiries. You can choose not to receive promotional communications.
· Analysis and Development: To analyze the use of our App, understand market trends and develop new functionalities and improvements in our services.
· Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect our App and our users against illegal or unauthorized activities, including the prevention of the use by bots and the detection of possible fraud.
· Free Trial and Subscription Management: To manage your access to the 3-month free trial (the duration of the free trial is subject to change for new users) and to process your subscriptions to the monthly or annual plans. We inform you that subscriptions can be canceled, but no refunds will be made for the periods already started (current month for monthly subscriptions, current year for annual subscriptions).
· Protection of Our Rights: To enforce our terms of service and protect our legitimate rights and interests, including the protection of our processes and intellectual property.
4. Legal Basis for the Processing of Your Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal bases:
· Execution of a Contract: The processing is necessary to provide you with the services of our App according to our terms of use.
· Consent: We will obtain your explicit consent for certain processing activities, such as the advanced personalization of searches based on your profile and preferences. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
· Legitimate Interests: We may process your data for our legitimate interests, such as improving our services, conducting analysis, ensuring security, and protecting our rights, provided that these interests do not prevail over your rights and freedoms.
· Compliance with Legal Obligations: We may process your data when necessary to comply with applicable law.
5. Sharing Your Personal Data
We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:
· Service Providers: We work with third parties that help us provide our services, such as providers of data hosting, analytics services, communication tools and providers of technological services (including platforms and services of artificial intelligence necessary for the functionality of the App). · Other Entities (Only with your Consent): In specific circumstances and with your explicit consent, we may share your data with other entities.

6. International Data Transfers
This includes ensuring that any third-party services integrated via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store adhere to their respective privacy requirements. By continuing to use our App, you agree that your data may be processed according to the applicable terms of Apple and Google platforms, particularly regarding in-app subscriptions and account handling.
Your personal data may be transferred and processed in countries outside of Spain and the European Economic Area (EEA) by our service providers. In these cases, we will ensure that there are adequate guarantees to protect your data in accordance with applicable law, such as the application of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other legally valid transfer mechanisms. By using our App, you consent to these transfers.
7. Retention of Your Personal Data
Additionally, if your subscription is paused due to billing issues (e.g., payment failure via Apple or Google), we will preserve your personal data and account status for a grace period of 7 days and an additional account hold period of up to 30 days, in compliance with Apple and Google Play Store guidelines.
We will retain your personal data for the time necessary to comply with the purposes for which it was collected, which includes the duration of your active subscription. After the cancellation of your subscription, we will retain your personal data for an additional grace period of one (1) month to allow you to recover your information. Once this grace period has elapsed, your personal data will be securely deleted from our systems.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, to prevent the abuse of the free trial offer, we may indefinitely retain a limited set of anonymized or pseudonymized data (or a hashed version of your email or mobile phone number) for the sole purpose of preventing users who have already benefited from a free trial from registering again to obtain another. These data will be kept strictly necessary for this specific purpose, respecting the principles of data minimization.
The data derived from the processing and classification of publications through the functionality of the App are the property of SLT Innovations S.L. and may be retained by us even after the deletion of a user's personal data.
8. Security of Your Personal Data
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. These measures include the encryption of sensitive data, access controls, firewalls, and the periodic review of our security practices.

We also ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations of Apple and Google for all App-related data processing, particularly for user identity verification and in-app subscription management.

· Erasure: Right to request the deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.
· Limitation of Processing: Right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
· Portability: Right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller.
· Opposition: Right to oppose the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, including the processing based on our legitimate interests and for direct marketing purposes.
· Withdraw Consent: If the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.

Our App is not directed at minors under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. If we become aware that a minor under 16 years of age has provided us with personal data without the consent of their parents or guardians, we will take measures to delete such information immediately.
